prompt housekeeping nice staff early breakfast

the foyer seemed proper and the front desk staff was nice. housekeeping was prompt and brought me nespresso cartridges. the breakfast room opens early from 7-11am.

i found the elevator floors could be mentioned on the room key paper holder , so i knew which floor to go to.

a hideaway of pure bliss

professional person quick call clean room extra towel

the check-in process proceeded with such ease. i was so grateful for bharti and dagobert, their professionalism shone. i found a very clean room, and extra towels arrived quickly with just a phone call. fotumata, the housekeeper, replenished toiletries meticulously.

the walls were very thin, and i could hear neighboring conversations. i also heard their baby crying throughout night.

the spot is close to many cafés and restaurants. the area offers a tranquil, secure environment. i walked easily to all the main tourist sites from here. the proximity to lovely italian restaurants is also an added charm.

helpful staff lovely view excellent recommendation

i found the staff to be exceedingly helpful and polite. my room was upgraded, which gave me a lovely view. dorothy and manny recommended excellent nearby restaurants.

the carpet in one area of my room was wet. it soaked my socks as i prepared for bed.

helpful staff early check-in no fridge coffee shop

The staff proved helpful. bhakti was very cute and allowed an early check-in. they also accommodated a late check-out when i had a later flight. I don't remember the staff name, but they were very nice about it.

my room did not include a fridge so i could not bring leftovers back. there were no nearby places to buy sodas or necessities. there was a coffee shop around the corner, but it was only open earlier in the day.
